LOCATION(S): Edinburgh, Leeds, Chester, Cardiff
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.

What you'll be doing

This is a chance to help shape the pricing strategy for the UK's largest personal loans provider, supporting customers to borrow responsibly while helping the business grow in a fair, sustainable and commercially disciplined way.

Lloyds Banking Group is the UK's number one provider of personal loans, with 24% stock market share and £11bn of customer balances. Our Loans business has grown consistently over recent years, and we have ambitious plans to continue growing balance sheet, market share, income and profit across our six-year operating plan.

As Loans Pricing Manager, you'll play a key role in optimising customer pricing across Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of Scotland and MBNA, as well as our own and third-party digital channels. You'll use data, analytics, market insight and commercial judgement to shape pricing decisions that deliver fair value for customers, support responsible lending and remain within risk appetite.

You'll own and develop our "best in class" loans pricing strategy, leading front-book margin planning and individual customer pricing using advanced analytics and pricing models. You'll also work closely with senior leaders across Loans, Credit Risk, Finance, Treasury and our third-party partners to develop pricing recommendations, secure approvals and influence the wider commercial agenda.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
