DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

Step into a landmark riverside residence in Westminster, where a Grade II listed building has been reimagined into 201 premium apartments by Berkeley Group. You’ll support an established 24-hour concierge team and welcome a discerning community who enjoy a pool, fitness studio, cinema, sauna and private dining spaces. The setting is elegant, service-led and fast-paced, with the Thames on your doorstep and excellent transport a short walk away.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the welcoming face of the building, creating exceptional first impressions and seamless experiences for residents and guests. Most days you’ll manage the lobby flow, handle enquiries, coordinate with the concierge team, and keep standards high while proactively resolving issues.

What Success Looks Like

  • Every resident and guest is greeted promptly, warmly and by name where possible.
  • The lobby feels calm, immaculate and professionally managed throughout your shift.
  • Enquiries, deliveries and bookings are handled efficiently with clear follow-up.
  • Communication with concierge, security and contractors is timely and accurate.
  • Potential issues are spotted early and resolved or escalated with ownership.
  • Handover notes are thorough, enabling smooth 24/7 service continuity.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time

  • Hosting the lobby: welcoming arrivals, managing visitor access and maintaining a polished front-of-house.
  • Handling enquiries: answering questions, logging requests and coordinating concierge services.
  • Managing deliveries and returns, ensuring secure, efficient parcel handling.
  • Monitoring building standards, reporting maintenance issues and supporting H&S checks.
  • Liaising with residents, contractors and colleagues to schedule visits and minimise disruption.
  • Completing accurate shift reports and handovers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
