At Lenovo, we believe in smarter technology for all. As a Local Account Manager within our Global Accounts organization, you will play a key role in supporting some of the world's largest multinational customers by driving business growth across their operations. Acting as the local face of Lenovo, you will build trusted customer relationships, execute global account strategies at a local level, and identify new business opportunities across our Intelligent Devices, Infrastructure Solutions, and Services portfolios. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and thrives on delivering value to strategic customers.

What You Will Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of global enterprise accounts in UK, acting as the primary local contact for customers whose headquarters are located outside of UK.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, from operational teams to senior executives, and become a trusted business partner.
- Collaborate closely with Global and Regional Account Managers to execute account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and drive business across Lenovo's full portfolio, including Intelligent Devices Group (IDG), Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), and Solutions Services Group (SSG).
- Develop customer proposals, negotiate commercial opportunities, and support the complete sales cycle from opportunity creation through order fulfillment and post-sales support.
- Partner with internal teams including Sales Support, Product Specialists, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Business Partners to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage demand planning, sales forecasting, CRM updates, and pipeline reporting to ensure accurate business planning and execution.
- Support customers in resolving commercial and operational challenges while proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about customer business priorities, governance structures, and decision-making processes to tailor solutions that create measurable business value.
- Contribute to Lenovo's continued growth by driving profitable sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, account management, or global account management within the IT industry.
- Experience selling Data Center, Infrastructure, Enterprise Solutions, or related technology solutions is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, solution selling, and complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Experience managing strategic customer accounts and working with multinational organizations.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, forecasting, and opportunity management skills.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
