We are currently recruiting for a Local Business Development Manager to join us at our Vertu Renault LCV Centre Plymouth.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager you will use your prospecting, relationship and networking skills to promote the brand to the local business community and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growing and developing the Corporate and Local Business database
  • Selling Contract Hire and Leasing packages as well as outright purchase transactions to the business community
  • Developing relationships and selling vehicles to new prospects and maintaining existing business customers by renewing their existing vehicles with the brand
  • Achieving budgeted new car and commercial vehicle volumes and Franchise related targets through prospecting and presenting our products & services to local businesses
  • Helping grow the aftersales business through the volume of corporate cars sold in each area
  • Consistently achieving the Fleet Departments Monthly New Car Sales registration targets and Brand Key Performance Indicators

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales and performance
  • Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy, and talent
  • Well presented with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed
  • Ability to quickly establish and build rapport
  • Clean driving licence and either be FCA approved or willing to be trained
