Job Description:
Local Business Development Manager
Bristol, Cribbs Causeway
£37,000 Basic Salary + Commission Company Car OTE £60,000+
Pybus Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a successful automotive dealership in Bristol. We are seeking an ambitious Local Business Development Manager to drive corporate and SME vehicle sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop local corporate accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers
- Promote new and used vehicle sales, fleet solutions, and finance products
- Manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

About You
- Previous experience in automotive business development, fleet sales, or vehicle sales
- Proven track record of winning new business and achieving targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
