We are looking for a Demand Planner to join the UKI Supply Chain team. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Supply and regional/global Supply Chain teams, the Demand Planner will support strong customer service while balancing inventory, cost and risk.

The organisation is undertaking a global transformation from traditional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to Integrated Business Planning (IBP). The Demand Planner acts as the UKI IBP leader in this new process, connecting commercial, financial and supply perspectives and turning business intelligence into one aligned demand plan in volume and value. The role will make assumptions, risks and opportunities visible, support scenario-based decisions and help embed IBP as the standard way of working across UKI.

Reporting to the UKI Supply Chain Manager, the Demand Planner will work as an integral member of the UKI Supply Chain team, with close day-to-day collaboration across Demand Planning, Logistics and Customer Supply to align priorities, manage risks and deliver effective end-to-end supply chain outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
