Job Description
As a Local Marketing & Investments Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving footfall, sales growth and brand equity across our pub estate. Responsible for developing scalable local marketing frameworks and leading marketing activity around pub refurbishments and investment projects, you'll ensure every campaign delivers measurable commercial impact while strengthening our connection with local communities.
Qualifications
As a Local Marketing & Investments Manager, you will…
- Develop and manage a scalable local marketing framework, creating toolkits, templates and playbooks that empower pubs to deliver effective local marketing activity.
- Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for pub refurbishments and investment projects, from pre-launch awareness and community engagement through to launch events and post-launch optimisation.
- Partner with Operations, Property, Finance, Digital Marketing and Brand teams to ensure investment activations are delivered effectively and aligned to business objectives.
- Manage local marketing budgets, governance processes and approval frameworks, ensuring activity is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
- Track performance, measure ROI and provide insight-led recommendations that continuously improve marketing effectiveness and commercial returns.

What you'll bring…
- Proven marketing experience within a multi-site business, with a strong track record of driving sales and footfall at a local or regional level.
- Experience managing and delivering marketing campaigns across a broad geographical area.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting to and influencing senior leaders.
- A commercially focused and analytical mindset, using data and insights to shape decisions and improve performance.
- A proactive, curious and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams. Hospitality experience is advantageous.
