Position: Local Marketing & Menu Management Executive

The Role

We’re looking for a Local Marketing & Menu Management Executive to support Shake Shack’s growth and strengthen our brand presence across the UK. This role is a mix of creative local marketing and detailed menu management. You’ll work with landlords, communities, agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless campaigns, new openings, and menu changeovers.

You’ll be a key connector between our Shacks, central marketing, design, supply chain, and operations, making sure our menus, partnerships, and local activations drive awareness, footfall, and brand love across every Shack.

Key Responsibilities

Menu & Systems Management

  • Lead on Limited Time Menu (LTO) launches and changeovers, ensuring all digital and physical menu assets (delivery platforms, kiosks, digital boards, in-Shack menus) are updated accurately and on time.
  • Conduct audits of digital and physical menu assets to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Work with supply chain and allergen teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with agencies, printers, and design partners to manage timelines and approvals.

Local Partnerships & Community Marketing

  • Help to identify, develop and implement a localised marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Build and manage partnerships with landlords, BIDs, charities, and local businesses.
  • Support planning and execution of community events, collaborations, and pop-ups.
  • Curate and deliver fun, hyper-local events and activations (e.g. padel club, dog days, run clubs etc.) that bring the community into the Shack experience.
  • Support reporting following community events, collaborations and pop-ups, as well as hyper-local events and activations.
  • Research and identify local marketing opportunities that drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Manage Shack-specific offers and discounts (e.g. student platforms like UniDays, Emergency Workers, landlord apps/websites), keeping listings updated and consistent.
  • Support insights reporting on Shack-specific offers and discounts, to support business performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
