Help Two Generations grow Homeshare in priority areas across the UK

We’re looking for a creative volunteer to build local awareness, identify outreach opportunities and help us reach more Householders and Homesharers through communities, networks and partners.

What difference will you make?

Homeshare can make a significant difference to people who want to remain living independently in their own home, while also providing affordable accommodation and a sense of connection for Homesharers.

As we establish new partnerships in these areas, raising local awareness is vital. Your support will help us reach more people who could benefit, build stronger local networks and turn our new partnerships into successful Homeshare matches.

What will you gain?

  • The opportunity to play a meaningful role in the growth of an established social enterprise tackling loneliness, independent living and housing challenges.
  • Hands-on experience in community outreach, marketing and partnership development.
  • The chance to develop and test your own ideas and see the impact of your work.
  • Collaboration with a friendly, mission-led team.
  • A flexible, remote role that can fit around your existing commitments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
