Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end French-market localization of product marketing assets: website copy, Amazon listings, paid ad copy, and campaign materials — adapting global briefs into culturally resonant, conversion-optimized French, not literal translation.
  • Build and maintain the canonical French-market term and product description database, ensuring consistent brand voice and terminology across all channels and serving as the single source of truth for the FR market.
  • Plan and produce French-language SEO content (articles, landing pages, product descriptions) against an agreed editorial calendar, benchmarking keyword strategy and content quality against top-ranking French competitors.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing, design, and paid media teams to intake briefs, flag localization risks early, and deliver copy on schedule across concurrent workstreams.
  • Use AI drafting and translation tools to accelerate first-draft production, then apply editorial judgment to ensure output meets Plaud's quality bar — tracking revision cycles and iterating the workflow to reduce turnaround time over time.

Skills, Qualifications And Experience We Look For

  • Demonstrated track record of localizing marketing copy (not just translation) for global consumer brands in the French market — portfolio or work samples showing website, ad, or marketplace copy required.
  • 3–5 years of independent ownership of French-language content or localization modules, including planning, execution, and quality control without a senior editor doing the final pass.
  • Proven ability to write across formats: long-form SEO content, short-form ad copy, and structured product descriptions (e.g. Amazon listings) — each with different conversion objectives and character constraints.
  • Native or near-native French writing fluency with the editorial judgment to catch cultural mismatches, tone errors, and terminology inconsistencies in machine-generated drafts.
  • Professional English proficiency sufficient to read source briefs, participate in cross-functional reviews, and communicate project status to an English-speaking team.
