Playground Games is looking for a Localisation Producer to work alongside our talented Forza Horizon team in Leamington Spa on an agency contract.

About Us

As a premier first-party Xbox Game Studio, we are passionate about creating genre-defining games that are accessible, beautiful, and, most of all, fun. As we continue to evolve our BAFTA award-winning Forza Horizon franchise, we are looking for exceptional talent to contribute to our already diverse team of developers.

About the Role

As a Localisation Producer, you will collaborate with internal development teams, and our external localisation and QA partner team, to deliver a high-quality localised experience for our players. You will assume responsibility for the localisation pipeline, bringing clarity and consensus, managing the localisation schedule and budget, identifying risks, overseeing quality, and striving to improve internal and external production methods.

This position is offered on an agency contract, with the successful candidate employed by our trusted agency partner and assigned to work with Playground Games. The role is based at our state-of-the-art studio in Royal Leamington Spa, operating under our hybrid working model with a minimum of three days per week in the studio.

Please note, as this position is offered through a managed service provider, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
