Role Overview
Based in our International Marketing Services department, the Localisation Producer will provide account management support to an international studio-based account. Working closely with senior members of the IMS team to ensure that all creative and post-production projects flow efficiently, and that delivery to clients is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Localisation Producer will act as the primary point of contact for a number of important international distribution territories.
Main Responsibilities
- Creating, maintaining, and communicating project timelines and project cost estimates in line with client rate cards and project requirements.
- Taking ownership of assigned projects from briefing through to final delivery.
- Managing client-requested changes to projects, negotiating delivery schedules with internal departments to meet changing requirements.
- Handling embargoed and confidential content in accordance with client-specific security protocols, ensuring all materials are managed securely within authorised environments.
- Identifying potential project risks or issues and proactively liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve them.
- Overseeing quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and creative standards prior to delivery.
- Managing the flow of assets and information between clients and internal teams to support efficient project execution.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients across assigned territories.
- Monitoring project budgets and flagging any scope or cost changes to senior team members and clients.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, status reports and trackers as required.
- Ensuring all project updates and changes are communicated clearly and professionally to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the department, supporting operational efficiency.
- Supporting new business initiatives, proposals, and continuous improvement of existing processes.
- Supporting senior members of the team in the delivery of projects and client requirements.
- Allocating work to relevant team members to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Mentoring Junior Localisation Producers where appropriate.

Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in localisation within a film, entertainment, or creative agency environment.
- Proven experience in an account handling or producer role within a post-production facility, studio, or agency.
- Strong client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Experience working across international territories, particularly within the EMEA region.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end post-production process, including editing, graphics (GFX), and audio workflows.
- Technical knowledge of delivery formats and specifications, including DCP (theatrical), broadcast (HD/SD), and digital file formats.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in a clear and professional manner.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving ability.
- Able to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Mac and PC operating systems, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Additional European language skills are desirable.
