Role: Localisation Project Coordinator
Location: London, United Kingdom
About the role:
Working within the Cross Channel Marketing (XCM) Project Management function, this role is built for someone ready to develop a strong foundation in localisation project management. You'll support the end-to-end coordination of small to medium-scale multi-channel campaigns, working under the guidance of senior Project Managers and building your knowledge of creative production, localisation workflows, and media specifications.
You'll play a key part in maintaining cross-functional alignment between internal teams, external agencies, and business partners — while contributing to the continuous improvement of localisation processes and tools.
What you will be doing:
- Support the localisation of integrated campaigns for UK and European markets across TV, Radio, OLV, Print, Social, Digital Display, and (D)OOH — working with internal teams and external agencies
- Assist with approvals and QC processes to help ensure accurate, complete asset delivery across small to medium campaign scopes
- Liaise with local and global teams and media agencies to confirm media formats and help compile deliverables lists
- Support trafficking activities, helping ensure accurate, timely, and approved delivery to media owners under senior supervision
- Track project timings, meeting notes, resource scheduling, scope, and approvals on creative development projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for clearly defined tasks and smaller sub-projects, escalating broader decisions to senior Project Managers
- Monitor project risk and team utilisation; flag and escalate issues promptly
- Work closely with creative teams — internal and external — to support the development and handover of assets across channels
- Collaborate with Producers, Post Producers, Project Managers, Campaign Managers, and Creative Leads to help identify and schedule resources based on campaign needs
- Support the integration of AI tools into day-to-day localisation workflows
- Keep knowledge of media formats and technical specifications current across existing and emerging channels, seeking guidance from senior team members for complex or unfamiliar requirements
- Assist with asset archiving and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management processes and tools, with a focus on localisation

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
