At Platform we put our customers at the heart of everything we do, and our Neighbourhood teams are the life and soul of the organisation. We are excited to recruit a customer focused and highly organised individual as a Localities Operations Coordinator to join our team in the East Lindsey and Boston Borough areas.
You'll be a key contact and support for our customers and Neighbourhood Officers in connection with Anti-Social Behaviour, Estate Management and other tenancy breaches. You'll have a hands-on, proactive approach to improving our neighbourhoods for everyone.
What could you be doing?
In this role you will work alongside the Neighbourhood Officers to ensure robust case management, managing case notes and updating our Housing Management System. Acting as the point of contact for our residents and Neighbourhood Officers, you will ensure all parties are kept informed of any updates within relation to their cases.

You'll maintain cases in relation to anti-social behaviour (ASB), hate crime, domestic abuse, safeguarding, tenancy breaches and estate management and ensure action plans are agreed, maintained and vulnerability risks assessments are completed where appropriate.

What are somethings that we need from you?
- You will have worked in a customer facing environment and delivered consistently good customer service, taking ownership of case management.
- As you will be responsible for keeping customers updated, you will have the ability to organise and prioritise work and handle a number of tasks simultaneously and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are critical in this role, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, sometimes in stressful situations, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- You will have confidence in dealing with tough conversations and showing empathy.
