About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally people-focused and takes genuine pride in creating exceptional workplace experiences.
You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who notices the small details, enjoys building relationships and takes ownership rather than waiting to be asked. You're equally comfortable welcoming a new member, resolving an operational issue, hosting an event or finding a better way of doing something.
You'll likely have:
- Experience in hospitality, premium customer service, flexible workspaces or a customer-facing workplace environment.
- A warm, confident and professional approach, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, taking ownership, using initiative and working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes.
- A commercial mindset and an interest in developing your sales skills - previous sales experience is welcome but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of people and adapt confidently to changing priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and workplace technology, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
