Employment Lawyer | Local Authority | Contract
Location: North west
Contract: Until December, likely extension
Working Pattern: Remote / Hybrid

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis.
The role will focus primarily on respondent-side Employment Tribunal matters, particularly discrimination claims, alongside providing advice to HR, supporting policy work and handling wider strategic employment matters.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong Employment Tribunal experience
- Experience taking matters through to final hearing
- Experience handling discrimination claims
- Ideally 3+ years' employment law experience
- Local authority experience preferred, although private sector candidates with trade union experience will also be considered
