Maternity Locum GP Position
From January 2027 for 12 months
- 6 sessions a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
Path House Medical Practice would like to invite applicants to join this thriving, urban Practice for a fixed term maternity leave cover. Whether you are a new GP starting out on your GP journey or a more experienced GP looking for a new challenge, we would be delighted to hear from you.
We are a well-established training practice, with a list size of 17,000 patients who pride ourselves on teamwork and quality patient care.

- 12 full and part-time GPs
- 10 x 15-minute F2F or telephone appointments morning and afternoon
- House visit at lunch if required and admin.
- Rotational on-call duty doctor.
- Training practice for GPST1/GPST3
- VISION / Docman
- MDT on site - ANPs, pharmacy team, mental health nurses, and district nurses
- Support from nursing home ANPs
The clinical team is supported by an excellent, experienced managerial and administrative team who are friendly, helpful, and above all integral to the smooth running of the Practice. Situated in Kirkcaldy, we are within commutable distance from Edinburgh with many desirable Fife coastal villages also close by.
