Locum Neurology Rehab Physiotherapist for a minimum 4 Month ongoing Assignment in London
A patient centred neuro-rehabilitation physiotherapist is required for a long term locum assignment with one of our clients, to support a specialist neuro-rehab service delivering high-quality, rehabilitation for adults. Our client's service is known for its personalised treatment pathways, strong clinical governance, and a collaborative, multidisciplinary ethos.
Role Overview
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Caseload: Neurological rehabilitation (stroke, TBI, spinal injury, MS, functional impairments)
- Contract: Minimum 4 months, strong extension potential
- Location: Central / North London (community and clinic-based)
- Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver neuro-rehab physiotherapy using interventions tailored to individual patient goals.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments.
- Develop and progress personalised treatment plans aligned with patient-centred rehabilitation.
- Provide hands-on therapy.
- Collaborate with MDT colleagues to optimise patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Support patient education, self-management strategies, and long-term rehabilitation planning.
- Work as part of an MDT team in the community in private homes and facilities.
Essential Requirements

- HCPC registration
- Demonstrable experience in neurological rehabilitation.
- Strong patient-centred communication and clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work independently within a structured MDT environment.
- Immediate or near immediate availability.
Desirable Experience
- Community neuro-rehab caseload management.
- Experience with stroke, TBI, MS, spinal injury or complex neuro presentations.
- Familiarity with goal-based rehab frameworks and outcome measurement tools.
