About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Cardiology Specialty Doctor. The post holder will be based at Luton and Dunstable Hospital site and provide specialist cardiology services to the dynamic and diverse population. You must be dedicated to providing high quality care, maintaining excellent clinical standards and continually looking to drive positive change by developing the service as well as your own sub-specialty interests.
This a full time fixed term contract for 12 months to join our middle grade rota within our dynamic cardiology department at the Luton & Dunstable Hospital. The appointee will play a key role in delivering high-quality cardiology services within our trust. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with cardiovascular conditions, supporting outpatient clinics, contributing to inpatient care, and participating in cardiology procedures as appropriate. The appointee will work closely with consultants, specialist nurses, and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care.

Job Plan: 10 PA week consists of 9 PAs direct clinical care and 1 PA for Supporting Professional Activity (SPA)
