Location: Dundrum Village Vets
Reports to: Lead Vet
Rate: €50 - €70 per hour depending on shift type

We're open to any level of availability. Whether you're looking for the occasional shift, regular weekly work or short-term cover, we'd love to hear from you.
We're expanding our locum panel to support both General Practice (GP) and Emergency & Critical Care (ECC) services.
About the Role
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care in consultations and routine surgery
- Manage a varied caseload from initial workup through to treatment and follow-up, as appropriate to the shift
- Work closely with a supportive network of vets, nurses, and support staff across clinics
- Contribute to a positive, compassionate client and patient experience
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure effective case handovers

About You
- Veterinary experience in small animal practice
- VCI registered (or eligible)
- Confident in consultations, routine surgery, and general case management
- Proactive, reliable, and able to integrate quickly into different teams
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Committed to high standards of patient care
