Accommodation
Lodge Manager - Kashmir House
As the Lodge Manager, you are the operational anchor and hospitable heart of our ski-in / ski-out lodge (26 guests max capacity). You are responsible for leading a close-knit team of 6 staff to deliver seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Your role is to ensure high standards across all lodge operations, including luggage transfers, breakfast, après-ski, and dinner service, while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment that keeps guests returning year after year.

Responsibilities
General duties include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, schedule, and support a team of 6 staff across food service, housekeeping, and front desk operations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and hardworking team environment.
- Oversee lodge maintenance and safety, promptly resolving any operational or facility issues.
- Oversee all check-in/check-out procedures and act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback.
- Host après-ski and dinner services, creating a lively and comfortable social environment for guests.
- Manage lodge inventory, ordering food, beverage, linen, and operational supplies responsibly.
Experience / Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, ski lodges, or resorts.
- Strong organizational skills and experience handling operational logistics.
- Valid Manual driver’s license.
