Lodgement Co-Ordinator (Retrofit)
Base location: Warrington office– hybrid working minimum 3 days office, typical hours Monday to Friday 37.5 - 8.30am - 5.00pm
Our Co-Ordinators are the core and heart of our operational teams, through your great communication and efficient planning you will provide an essential support to the operational office, supporting our Contract and Site Managers to focus on the day to day delivery for our clients and customers. Working closely with the Lodgement and operational teams you will provide administrative support in the preparation of handover packs, once planned refurbishments to tenanted social housing properties have taken place. Ensuring all relevant documentation and certification is in place to ensure we meet funding guidelines. This role needs an organised, methodical thinker with excellent time management skills as could be handling up to 50 documents per property.

An outline of your responsibility as a Lodgement Co-Ordinator
- Set up property folders on Sharepoint and collate/chase all documentation relating to the contract via Operations teams or Sub Contractors
- Supporting the contract and onsite team to ensure a smooth transition and handover of completed properties
- Deal with internal and external communications and record and or report information as necessary
- Ensure all necessary contract data, documentation and reports are accurate and produced on time
- Ensure all information written and verbal is legible accurate and recorded or passed onto the appropriate person on time
- Time management and organisational skills are critical to meet funding deadlines,
- Team Player as lots of coordination between site teams to gain the appropriate certifications per property
- Deal with Client / Customer queries and or communications professionally and efficiently.
- Support Management in meeting the business needs
- Ensure appearances and actions are professional and reflect the business image
About You
As an Co-Ordinator you will need to be highly organised, methodical and have confidence to communicate both verbally and in writing. A good level of computer skills is key, a lot of what you will be doing is centered around our inhouse computer systems, of course we will provide the training on our system, as part of your initial onboarding experience. Speaking of which we will dedicate the time throughout your first week with a great induction and onboarding plan to upskill you on our processes and procedures however, we are always open to new ideas and efficiencies so welcome your input as your make this role your own.
