At ILG, we help premium brands deliver exceptional experiences to their customers. We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to become the trusted day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support, proactive communication and a seamless service experience. This is not a traditional logistics role. It's a customer-focused position where you'll build strong client relationships, solve problems, coordinate with internal teams and play a key role in delivering exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as the main point of contact for client enquiries and day-to-day support
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and becoming their go-to contact
  • Resolving operational issues and ensuring clients are kept informed throughout
  • Working closely with warehouse teams, carriers and internal departments to deliver excellent service
  • Supporting customer calls, meetings and service reviews
  • Monitoring service performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service
  • Experience in customer service, client services, account coordination, logistics or another customer-facing role would be advantageous
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport, as occasional travel to customer sites and other company locations will be required
