Logistics & 3PL Manager – Consumer Brands – London

We are partnering with a fast-growing consumer brands business to appoint an experienced Logistics & 3PL Manager to take ownership of warehousing, freight, carriers and inventory movement across the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to manage and challenge external logistics partners, improve service and resolve issues quickly.
You Will:
- Own the day-to-day relationship with 3PL, freight and carrier partners
- Drive performance across inbound, warehousing, pick & pack, dispatch, delivery and returns
- Monitor and improve OTIF, inventory accuracy and service levels
- Own stock reconciliations, cycle counts and variance investigations
- Resolve fulfilment, transport, shortage, damage, claims and returns issues
- Run structured 3PL performance reviews and ensure corrective actions happen
- Monitor freight and warehousing costs, challenge invoices and identify savings
- Support logistics planning for new brands, products, customers and launches
- Help improve systems, processes and operational controls

We are looking for someone with strong 3PL, warehousing, freight or logistics experience gained within beauty, FMCG, consumer goods, wholesale or distribution.
