Logistics Admin Assistant (3-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
£30,000-£32,000 | Hybrid | Shoreditch & Essex
We're working with a founder-led, fast-growing brand with a strong focus on individuality, inclusivity and self-expression. With an established presence across the UK and internationally, the business is continuing to grow and evolve while maintaining an entrepreneurial, close-knit culture.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team during a busy period of growth and support the smooth running of day-to-day logistics and fulfilment operations.
Reporting into the Senior Logistics & Operations Manager, you'll support the flow of stock from the warehouse through to customers and international markets. You'll be a key link between the business and its third-party logistics partners, ensuring systems, product information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
This would suit someone early in their logistics career who is highly organised, commercially minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Logistics Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact between the 3PL warehouse and internal teams, coordinating warehouse priorities and requests.
- Maintain accurate product, customs and shipping information across internal systems and documentation.
- Support the Customer Service team with lost and damaged goods claims, providing the necessary documentation and information.
- Assist with month-end reporting across multiple channels and systems.
- Review and approve warehouse-related invoices.
- Raise credit notes for warehouse reprocessing fees and supply chargebacks.
- Support the wider Logistics & Operations team with day-to-day administration and operational queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy and efficiency across logistics operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
