Eddyfi Technologies - Logistics Administrator
About the Role
This role is part of our Remote Monitoring Solutions product line. For more information about our product lines:
Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor and based in our Milton Keynes office, the Logistics Administrator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day logistics operations for the RMS Geotechnical Division. This position ensures the smooth coordination of outbound consignments, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders, and accurate tracking of shipments and project-related logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process shipping queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Notify customers of consignment status, including providing tracking details.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and work closely with the International Logistics Coordinator.
- Request proof of delivery (POD) from couriers and carriers as needed.
- Prepare and issue all relevant paperwork for outbound consignments.
- Own and maintain the daily logistics tracker, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain and update project and sales order trackers, analyse logistics data, and communicate recommended action plans to relevant personnel.

What Makes You an Asset to Our Team
- Demonstrated experience in a similar logistics or administration role.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with international shipping and logistics processes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, and can manage internal and external requests effectively.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Effective working within global and remote teams.
- Positive, professional attitude and commitment to completing tasks to a high standard.
- Proactive, practical, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Self-motivated and performs well under pressure.
Pluses:
- SAP knowledge.
- DG Certification.
- IATA Certification.
Working Model
This position is full-time onsite in our Milton Keynes office.
