Your role here

From Day 1, you play a key role by ensuring that all goods are shipped or collected efficiently and cost-effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that the customer’s delivery expectations are met, documentation is prepared to a high level of accuracy, and that company efficiencies are maintained.

Your experience and background

  • Ensuring that goods have been collected and shipped as expected.
  • Communicating the relevant information to customers when goods are ready for collection.
  • Negotiating improved prices for larger loads or regular business.
  • Helping, supporting and covering the role of other Logistics Team members in the following:
    • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Understanding of ERP system integration with outside software models (TMS)
