Logistics Administrator

As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Product Genius team. Acting as the central coordination point, you will manage schedules, organise customer demonstrations, training sessions, and machine deliveries and collections, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and colleagues.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and optimising the diaries and schedules of the Product Genius team to maximise efficiency and service delivery
  • Coordinating customer demonstrations, training sessions, and machine deliveries and collections, ensuring all activities are planned and executed effectively
  • Monitoring daily schedules and support the timely delivery of services in line with customer service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering a professional, responsive, and high-quality customer experience
  • Conducting monthly customer satisfaction surveys and audits, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and ensure all data is entered and updated correctly within internal systems
  • Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operational excellence
  • Providing general administrative support, including arranging calls, coordinating parking requirements, and supporting departmental activities
  • Organising permits, documentation, and other logistical requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company procedures
  • Monitoring and achieving daily KPIs, contributing to exceptional customer satisfaction and operational performance

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administration experience
  • GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (phone & email)
  • A customer-first mindset
  • Ability to stay organised and focused in a busy environment
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
