Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Administrator to join our Warehouse Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring smooth, compliant daily logistics processes.

You will join a dynamic, collaborative team focused on executing seamless supply chain workflows and maintaining high data integrity to support our clients' global logistics needs.

Working Hours

Our team currently works Monday to Friday, however due to the nature of our business, our operational hours are Monday to Sunday between 8am and 6:30pm, so candidates must be flexible over 7 days.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, execute accurate order processing, and maintain comprehensive logistics documentation to ensure smooth warehouse workflows.
  • Liaise effectively across internal departments, hauliers, suppliers, and customers to provide exceptional customer service, resolve queries, and communicate stock availability.
  • Update warehouse databases, generate actionable management reports, and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and organisational policies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Established experience working within logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain management environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IT software and contemporary warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Proven ability in organisational planning, time management, and proactive problem-solving under independent or team-based conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to manage diverse customer and supplier relations.
