Join our Team as a Logistics Administrator!
Location: Whiteley
Salary: £28,500 Per Annum
Hours: Mon-Wed 8:30am - 5:30pm, Thu & Fri 8am - 5pm
About the Role:
Are you organised and process-driven with a passion for seamless logistics? Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Administrator. This role involves overseeing stock movements, administering inbound and outbound shipments, and preparing devices for customer delivery. With a focus on pick, pack, and dispatch operations, as well as programming and device testing, you’ll play a key part in ensuring compliance with regulations and driving efficient supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper storage of materials and products to maintain quality and prevent damage.
- Efficiently manage dispatch and returns processes.
- Update and maintain accurate information in company systems.
- Process datasets for third-party shipments, ensuring system accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and coordination.
- Perform stock takes and validate shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
- Customise device programming based on customer requirements.
- Conduct testing and validation procedures for mobile device returns, including verification, assessment, and secure data erasure.
- Assist the wider team with secondary tasks as needed.
