About The Role
Based in Bromsgrove, this full-time, permanent Logistics Administrator position offers a salary between £23,000 and £24,000 per annum. Working Monday to Friday, the successful candidate will support daily supply chain operations by processing goods in and out documentation, booking deliveries with transport providers, and liaising with internal teams. Logistics Administrator Key Responsibilities
- Processing and updating goods in and goods out documentation
- Booking deliveries and collections with transport providers
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and warehouse staff regarding deliveries and dispatches
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails professionally
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting stock control and inventory administration
- Raising purchase orders and delivery paperwork
- Assisting with proof of delivery queries and transport documentation
- Filing, data entry, and general administrative duties
- Supporting the logistics team with ad hoc administration tasks

The Successful Logistics Administrator Will Have
- Previous administration or customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, Grade 4/C or above preferred
