Job Title: Logistics Administrator/Warehouse Assistant

Department: Logistics/Chemical Production

Reports To: Operations Manager

Location: Moreton, Wirral

Job Purpose

This is a hybrid role to carry out routine work in the logistics and chemical productions departments.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance

• Assist operations manager with maintaining the fleet vehicles
• Ordering new/replacement fuel cards where applicable

Feedsafe Planning

• Assist in the management and coordination of Feedsafe activities, including chemical stock monitoring, order processing, delivery scheduling, operational administration, and customer support.

Chemical Production

• General duties – assist with product preparation activities including labelling, decanting and order fulfilment requirements
• Housekeeping in the warehouse – maintain a high standard of warehouse housekeeping, recycling and workplace safety
• Drum labelling – label drums and containers in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Other duties – support production operations as required working closely with Depot supervisor and production team to ensure compliance with company procedures, policies and health and safety standards.
• Follow company procedures and maintain compliance with relevant standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and collaborative working.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
