The Role

Our Logistics Analyst will gather and interrogate data to make decisions that protect cost, service and brand experience across Soho Home's UK, EU and US operations. This role is a combination of ‘business as usual’ report optimisation and new report creation/automation. The successful candidate will lead analysis across delivery partners and 3PLs building models and reports to present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders. This role reports to the Director of Operations & Systems and will work very closely with the Head of Operations day to day.

Key responsibilities

Strategic analysis and modelling

  • Build a suite of logistics reports to better support ‘business as usual’ and inform decision-making
  • Model the cost and service impact of pricing changes, service propositions, and expansion options
  • Quantify the operational and cost impact of distribution changes, such as tariffs, compliance and product data requirements

Commercial control

  • Delivery of cost-to-serve by market and by channel
  • Lead invoice audits against contracted rates across regions
  • Identify and size cost saving opportunities, and track savings delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
