Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and reliable individual to join our friendly Logistics team within Receipt and Distribution at Wexham Park Hospital.
This is a hands-on and physically active role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of essential supplies across the hospital. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day distribution and collection of goods to all departments, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Visa Sponsorship
This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out internal deliveries and collections of supplies across the hospital site using electric vehicles.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Receipting goods on the Trust’s e-procurement system (full training provided).
- Collecting items for return, liaising with the Procurement team.
- Picking and packing stock held within the Logistics remit.
- Ensuring the Distribution area remains safe, clean, and well organised.
- Supporting additional Logistics tasks as directed by the Logistics Manager.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety, including manual handling awareness.
