The Role

As the Logistics Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of inbound and outbound shipments for Tangle Teezer, collaborating with global suppliers, 3PL partners, and freight carriers. You’ll support Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to maintain a flawless import/export operation while fostering strong operational relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Process global shipment bookings for air, road, marine, and courier transports (regular and ad-hoc).
  • Raise shipping invoices and documentation, including:
    • Certificates of Origin
    • EUR.1 forms (certificates of movement)
  • Work closely with freight forwarders and distributors to coordinate and manage multimodal export shipments, including end-to-end delivery tracking.
  • Schedule outbound orders and align with 3PL requirements and distributors’ delivery windows.
  • Collaborate with Production, vendors, and freight forwarders to plan, track, and report the status of UK/US inbound stock imports.
  • Maintain the Logistics Admin mailbox, providing updates on export delivery statuses and resolving customer queries.
  • Lead the Logistics Log by updating it with key shipment/cost data to support monthly KPI reporting.
  • Assist the Logistics Manager in reviewing and optimising internal and external outbound processes.
  • Handle freight and duty Purchase Orders, ensuring timely supplier payments align with internal processes.
  • Adapt to changes in international trade regulations, customs policies, and shipping conditions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
