Logistics Coordinator
Location: Bradford, BD4 (site-based, office based)
Salary: £29,100
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Loom Talent is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of a consolidation centre operator in Bradford, working at the heart of their day-to-day warehousing and distribution activity for a major UK retailer.
This is a site-based, office role within a small, close-knit team, requiring daily interaction with the warehousing team, transport providers, and colleagues across different departments to keep fulfilment running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating day-to-day logistics activity from the office, working closely with the warehousing team to track stock, orders, and dispatch
- Managing stakeholder relationships and liaising with different departments across the business, as well as acting as a day-to-day point of contact for a major UK retailer as the key customer
- Working with transport providers to arrange and coordinate deliveries and collections to schedule
- Prioritising and managing a varied workload across multiple orders, requests, and deadlines, while maintaining accurate records and reporting using MS Excel

What we're looking for:
- Computer literate, with at minimum intermediate MS Excel skills
- Confident liaising with internal stakeholders and different departments, and handling customer queries professionally
- Experience working with transport and coordinating deliveries or collections
- Able to prioritise and manage a busy, varied workload
- A strong cultural fit for a small, collaborative, friendly team with a positive sense of humour, comfortable working closely and communicating daily with warehouse-based colleagues
