About Us

Established in 1965, The Lockwood Group is a family-run business with over 400 employees operating across 7 UK sites. Our diverse activities span UK haulage, warehousing, frozen food production, and co-packing solutions.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Transport team at Lockwood Haulage Ltd. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the heart of our transport operation, where you will ensure the smooth running of evening deliveries and collections while maintaining clear, consistent communication with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Acting as a central hub within the Transport Office, you will take ownership of operational plans, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions in real time. Your ability to stay calm under pressure, think ahead, and maintain excellent service levels will be key to your success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
