Salary: £25,000 - £28,500
A leading independent school in Buckinghamshire (north of Slough) is seeking a Logistics Co-ordinator. This is a full time and permanent role from September 2026.
This is a well-established independent school, committed to providing an outstanding education and nurturing environment for their students. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and efficient Logistics Co-ordinator to play a key customer facing role in our busy front office. S/he will be responsible for the daily co-ordination and smooth running of the school bus service, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues on a varied range of administrative tasks in a busy school office.

The Successful Candidate Will Be
- Well organised, methodical and analytical, with great attention to detail;
- Confident with MS Office applications, Outlook, Word and Excel in particular; also in the use of using databases such as iSAMS for reporting and administrative processes
- A resilient, adaptable and energetic character to respond effectively in a very busy office environment;
- A calm team player who can prioritise effectively and work efficiently and
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, with a cheerful “can do” attitude.
