Outbound Logistics Administrator
Every day, thousands of products need to reach our stores and customers on time, and as an Outbound Logistics Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in making that happen. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Manufacturing & Distribution team, helping to keep goods moving smoothly across the business and ensuring colleagues, stores, and customers receive the support they need. Based in either Southampton or Kidderminster, this hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home alongside a minimum of two days per week in the office, giving you the best of both worlds.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll be the key point of contact for logistics and delivery queries, working closely with stores, carriers, and internal teams to provide timely updates and resolve issues. You’ll monitor shipments, maintain accurate records, analyse service performance, and help coordinate responses when challenges arise. Your work will be essential in supporting smooth operations, driving service improvements, and ensuring a positive experience for colleagues and customers alike.

To thrive in this role, you’ll be highly organized, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities. You’ll bring strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people. Experience in administration, customer service, logistics, or a coordination-based environment will be beneficial, as will an ability to work with data and identify trends. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes ownership, enjoys finding solutions, and is committed to delivering excellent service.
