Your main tasks
You will take responsibility for all aspects of Logistics Control between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory and Manufacturing. This would include responsibility for managing Prototypes, engineering changes into the manufacturing/inventory areas. Effectively communicating with all departments to ensure that change management is smooth and results in the lowest cost introduction.

The ideal candidate has:
- Pro-active liaison with the inventory control team to ensure that CI's, STO's, backflushing/picking and closing production orders is maintained and actioned to the highest standard, targeting stock turns of above 10 and inventory accuracy above 98%.
Main Duties
- Interpretation/actioning of engineering change note requirements into ERP system and soft bill amending of production order BOM's.
- Ensure prototypes get actioned and completed in a timely manner to a high standard. Coordinate with Engineering and Production.
- Ensure System Hygiene to high Standard, by maintaining master data, production orders, obsolete parts etc.
- Create and run KPI's to ensure System Hygiene weekly.
- Liaising with other divisions within the Company organisation to provide information on lead time for supply of materials produced by Dorking plant.
