You'll coordinate shipments, track deliveries, work with suppliers and transport providers, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Whether you have experience in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, Freight, Warehouse Operations, or Administration, this is an opportunity to develop your career with training and development provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate deliveries, collections, and shipments.
  • Track orders and update logistics systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare shipping and transport documentation.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays.
  • Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records.
  • Support daily transport and supply chain operations.

Candidate Requirements

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, Freight, Warehouse Operations, Operations, or Administration is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders, records, and documentation.
  • Confident communicating with suppliers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to delivery issues or delays.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and business management systems.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and manage competing tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote working environment.
  • A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in logistics and supply chain.
