You'll coordinate shipments, track deliveries, work with suppliers and transport providers, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate deliveries, collections, and shipments.
- Track orders and update logistics systems.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare shipping and transport documentation.
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays.
- Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records.
- Support daily transport and supply chain operations.

Candidate Requirements
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, Freight, Warehouse Operations, Operations, or Administration is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders, records, and documentation.
- Confident communicating with suppliers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to delivery issues or delays.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and business management systems.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and manage competing tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote working environment.
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in logistics and supply chain.
