Logistics Coordinator
Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator to support the effective management of fuels, lubricants, industrial gases, stores, vehicles and Government Furnished Equipment across the site. This role ensures safe, compliant and efficient logistical operations that underpin contract delivery.
Role Details
- Salary: £27,300 - £32,550 (DOE)
- Contract: Permanent, 37 hrs p/w, Mon – Fri
- Location: Forthview House, Rosyth, Fife, Scotland, KY11 2BL
What You’ll Do
- Use the Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI) system to manage fuels, lubricants and industrial gases (FLIG)
- Manage Mechanical Transport Fuel Installation (MTFI), including monitoring of Eric system (keyless system)
- Monitor and report on the Plant and Machinery on the Maintenance Management System Maximo
- Attend Monthly and Quarterly Meetings with P&M Contractor
- Coordinate daily FLIG assurance managing fuel, lubricants and associated products
- Act as Appointed Person – Petroleum
- Assist with managing stores, equipment, materials and spares using MJDI
- Lead logistical assurance including checks and accounting actions
- Keep trackers for the region up to date for the Plant, Machinery and vehicle Fleet
- Support vehicle and plant management including servicing schedules and daily vehicle activity
- Supporting the team admin at RHQ with the management of DTE Fleet as per the contract ask. This will include driving vehicles to car wash facilities and garages. (vehicles include Toyota Hilux’s and others).
- Vehicle Management including end of month fuel returns and auditing records.
- Assist with Soft FM assurance as required

Essential
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent office and administration skills
- Experience in logistics and inventory management
- Ability to use bespoke and off-the-shelf software packages such as Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Experience communicating with stakeholders
- Completion of the Ground Fuel Management System Course (MTFI)
- Full UK Manual driving licence
Desirable
- All Arms Store Person course
- Fuel and Lubricant Managers course
- RAMP MOD course - Online manual to learn/read for back loading etc.
