Role Description
The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cramlington. This position is responsible for coordinating the flow of POS and print materials from production through to delivery, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and on time.

Day-to-day Tasks
- Managing inventory levels
- Scheduling shipments
- Tracking deliveries
- Liaising with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any logistical issues
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate records
- Updating systems
- Supporting continuous improvement in logistics processes to meet client service standards
The Logistics Coordinator works closely with customer service and account management teams to ensure clients receive dependable, efficient, and cost-effective logistics support.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills: To interpret data, monitor logistics performance, and support process improvements.
- Excellent Communication abilities: To coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, and to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Solid Customer Service skills: To support client requirements, manage expectations, and uphold high service standards.
- Experience in Inventory Management: To track stock levels, manage replenishment, and reduce waste or stockouts.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management: To oversee end-to-end material flow, optimize transport routes, and manage lead times.

Additional beneficial qualifications
- Prior experience in logistics or print/POS environments
- Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
A relevant vocational qualification or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
