Our client is a fast-growing international FMCG brand, and they're strengthening their Supply Chain team to keep up with global demand.

You'll manage international customer orders and export shipments from order release through to delivery. That means making sure documentation is right, customs requirements are met and customers always know where their order is.

What you'll be doing

  • Booking collections and deliveries with freight forwarders, hauliers and shipping lines
  • Preparing and checking export documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and market-specific paperwork
  • Making sure shipments meet customs, Incoterms and destination-country requirements
  • Tracking shipments and proactively communicating delays or changes
  • Resolving shipment, documentation, customs and delivery issues
  • Checking freight invoices and investigating cost discrepancies and claims
  • Keeping order, shipment and master data accurate in ERP and transport systems
  • Helping improve export processes and shipment visibility

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
