About The Role

This is a new role supporting the Logistics Manager and will play an important part in coordinating both inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring components and materials arrive at Mirus safely and on time, while finished goods and customer shipments are dispatched efficiently and in line with requirements.

Mirus works with suppliers and customers around the world, using a combination of sea and air freight to support our production requirements and global customer base. You will work closely with suppliers, freight partners and internal teams to coordinate shipments, maintain accurate logistics information and resolve issues that could impact production or customer deliveries.

This is a hands-on operational role which requires strong logistics expertise and the ability to work collaboratively across internal departments, suppliers, external logistics providers and transport companies.

Your Main Responsibilities

In your role as our Logistics Coordinator, you will:

Inbound & Outbound Logistics

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including air, sea and road freight.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and logistics partners to arrange, track and resolve delivery issues.
  • Support international shipments, including import/export requirements, documentation and Incoterms.
  • Coordinate finished goods and customer deliveries, providing clear updates on shipment status.

Supply Chain & Material Coordination

  • Work closely with Buyers, Material Planners and Production to ensure materials are available when required.
  • Coordinate material flow from suppliers through to production and support After-Sales and customer requirements.
  • Respond proactively to changing priorities and potential supply or delivery issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
