Logistics Coordinator (fixed-term position)

Right now, we need to strengthen our Warehouse & Logistics team with a logistics coordinator.
This is a fixed-term position for approximately one year, covering maternity leave.
What You’ll Do:
- You’ll coordinate shipments, liaise with suppliers and transport providers, and ensure deliveries meet required deadlines.
- You'll also play a key role in managing logistics costs, tracking CO2 emissions, and planning shipments for product launches and global events.
- With a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and communication, you’ll help optimize our supply chain and maintain smooth logistics operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics operations while supporting warehouse activities to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Coordinate worldwide shipments, working with suppliers, couriers, and logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations.
- Monitor transport costs, research shipping options, and secure the best freight rates.
- Track and report CO2 emissions, supporting the company’s sustainability efforts.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for worldwide events and product launches.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and documentation.
Who We’re Looking For:
We're looking for someone who has genuinely owned logistics relationships, not just supported them. You're confident negotiating with carriers and suppliers, making independent decisions when shipments don't go to plan, and thriving under pressure during product launches and global events.

- Hands-on experience in shipping, distribution, or logistics coordination
- Experience using an ERP system (Dynamics 365, SAP, JDA, JDE, or equivalent) end-to-end
- A track record of coordinating time-sensitive shipments independently
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
