Logistics Coordinator – Global Luxury Fashion Brand – West London
We are currently recruiting for a leading fashion manufacturer, whose brands are recognised around the world. As a company they turnover £100 million in the UK, have offices in a number of countries and employ around 2,000 people. This is working within a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for someone who has logistics/supply chain/operations background and keen to get into a hugely progressive business.
Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Support with the booking of shipments and coordinate with carriers for pickups
- Assist with export documentation and customer requirements
- Assist with checking and updating the allocation report, flagging and correcting discrepancies
- Working with the warehouse to ensure details are complete and accurate
- Monitor warehouse dispatch schedules
- Respond to ad hoc requests from the sales team
- Assist with customs documentation for international shipments to ensure compliance

Candidate:
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in logistics, operational or supply chain
- Experience managing export processes, ideally within Middle Eastern trade regulations and logistics
- Any experience using ERP systems such as SAP or other logistics systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Must be organised, self-motivated and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, “can-do” approach and self-motivated
