Inbound Logistics Coordinator

About the Role
As a Inbound Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting inbound supply chain operations across the UK and Iberian markets. Working closely with logistics providers, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate inbound shipments, monitor delivery performance, manage shipping documentation, and ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers through to distribution facilities. The position offers excellent exposure to international logistics operations and provides the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound shipments
- Monitor delivery performance
- Manage shipping documentation
- Ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to distribution facilities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or import operations
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, inventory processes, customs procedures, or inbound logistics would be advantageous
- Strong Excel skills
- Proactive mindset
- Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
