Your Experience Includes:

• Knowledge of Incoterms for International Inbound shipments.
• Presenting logistics data, support with training on courier, freight agent portals to internal KILLSTAR teams.
• Developing meaningful reports for warehouses, internal stakeholders.
• Identifying improvements from origin and ship to countries (Retail, wholesale).
• Holding all inbound documents for customs and exercise to ensure we are compliant for inspections i.e. customs declarations, commercial invoices etc.
• Support with tenders on Inbound and Outbound shipments.

Bonus If You:

• Have experience of using Shopify, Flexport, or Warehouse Management Systems such as SKUVault, Peoplevox, etc.
• Have experience working within a Fashion DTC environment or with suppliers.
• Have advanced skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel i.e. V Look Up, Pivot Table.
• Have experience in working in the far east region such as China, Vietnam, India, etc.

Work Hours & Location:

Here at KILLSTAR, we support a hybrid working model. This means you will join us on site for three days a week at our HQ in Brighton. The other 2 days can be spent working from wherever you choose, either on-site, remotely, or from home.

This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am – 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
