Location: Clerkenwell, London (Office-Based)

SALONI is a womenswear brand and global creative studio founded in London by Saloni Lodha in 2011. Known for signature shapes, intricate embroideries, and exuberant prints, the brand has developed a multidimensional ecosystem where fashion intersects with cultural initiatives, immersive environments, and artistic collaborations. The company has built a strong international wholesale business (particularly in the USA) and has a successful and growing Direct to Consumer business through its own website.

Wholesale, Production, Sales, Finance, E-commerce
CORE FUNCTION
The Logistics Coordinator manages the day-to-day shipping functions across the business, ensuring the efficient movement of finished goods from manufacturing sites to international warehouses. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing stock control procedures, and ensuring timely delivery to the international wholesale client base and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Shipping & Freight Coordination
- Liaise with freight forwarders and couriers to arrange finished goods shipments from factories to global warehouses.
- Generate all necessary shipping documentation and oversee the logistical flow for market events and special projects.
- Arrange the shipment of raw materials and fabrics to manufacturing sites as required.
- Act as the primary contact for warehouses, logistic partners, and customs brokerage for all shipping and customs queries.

Inventory Management & Stock Control
- Manage all inventory movements across three international warehouses, ensuring robust stock control procedures are in place.
- Perform weekly and monthly stock reconciliations and investigate, resolve, and process any inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure stock accuracy when booking in on company operating systems, managing variances with suppliers as required.
- Produce weekly Inventory Reporting and Monthly Inventory Valuations for key stakeholders.
Seasonal Operations & ERP Management
- Create production order splits for each factory based on sales orders prior to seasonal shipments.
- Create ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) for inbounds and prepare product catalogue uploads for each warehouse prior to each season.
- Classify, create, and upload HTS tari/ codes to the ERP system for each product and season to facilitate customs clearance.
- Administer in-season stock allocations for E-commerce and coordinate inventory replenishment for the DTC channel to maximize sales.

Financial & Cross-Functional Support
- Review and approve budgeted logistics invoices and collaborate with Finance to resolve any cost discrepancies.
- Support Production, Sales, and Finance on all logistics-related areas to ensure process compliance and target achievement.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of the supply chain and internal systems.
REQUIRED SYSTEMS
- ZEDONK (ERP)
- WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- MICROSOFT OFFICE (Advanced Excel)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience within international wholesale operations and global distribution, ideally within the fashion sector.
- Working knowledge of international customs requirements, including documentation, tax, and duties.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and execute seasonal targets to agreed timelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Expertise in 3PL warehouse operations and international freight forwarding.
